The £30 call-out fee is waived if you decide to go ahead with the repair. If the appliance is beyond repair or you choose not to proceed, the fee still applies to cover the assessment. Most standard repairs are priced at £55 (not including parts), which includes both labour and minor parts. More complex work—such as drum or motor replacements, or repairs to integrated appliances—may cost more. You’ll always receive a clear and upfront quote before any work begins, so you know exactly what to expect.
We also offer professional installation for a wide range of domestic appliances, with prices starting from £50 for freestanding units and from £70 for integrated models, depending on complexity. If needed, we can also arrange removal and disposal of your old appliance. Whether you’re booking a repair or a new installation, you’ll receive honest, no-pressure advice and dependable, friendly service. Feel free to contact Tom directly for a chat about your needs and to receive a free, no-obligation quote.
